How We Work
1. Floral concept & consultation
Together with you, we define the floral vision for your wedding style, color palette, atmosphere and key arrangements. We discuss the types and approximate quantities of bouquets, ceremony florals, table arrangements and decorative elements.
2. Visual proposal
Based on the agreed concept, we prepare a visual reference and mood direction so you can clearly imagine how the florals will look and feel on your wedding day.
3. Preliminary estimate & reservation
Once the concept, scope and preliminary total budget are agreed, we confirm the arrangement list and quantities.
To secure your wedding date, we sign a reservation agreement and a deposit of 5000 CZK is required.
After the deposit is received, your date is officially reserved.
4. Floral design & final confirmation
Our florists carefully select flowers and design each arrangement, ensuring everything aligns with the agreed concept and quality standards.
Two weeks before the wedding, we finalize all details:
- final setup
- confirmed quantities
- last possible adjustments
After final approval, the full invoice is paid.
5. Wedding day execution
We prepare and deliver all floral arrangements on the wedding day according to the agreed plan, ensuring a seamless and stress-free floral experience.
Alternatively, clients may choose to pick up the arrangements themselves, if requested in advance.
