    Delivery within Prague cost: 200 CZK

    Free delivery within Prague for bouquet orders over 2.500 CZK

  • Pickup

    You can collect your order free of charge at our flower studio at Prvního pluku 144/14, Praha-Karlín once you receive a notification that it is ready.

  • Additional Information

    You can add a complimentary card with your personal message to any bouquet.
    Before delivery, we send a photo of the flowers via your preferred messenger.

    The Moments team works only with fresh, high-quality flowers and guarantees that our bouquets and arrangements will delight their recipients for a long time.
    We recommend following our care instructions for cut flowers, which we include in printed form with every bouquet.

    If you contact us within 24 hours, we are happy to replace the bouquet if any issues arise.

  • Packaging & Details

    Every order includes:

    • printed flower care instructions
    • flower food
    • an optional complimentary signature card with your personal message

    To ensure maximum freshness, every bouquet is placed in a special aqua pouch — a discreet water-filled sleeve that keeps flowers hydrated without affecting the overall appearance of the arrangement.

    Each bouquet can also be placed in our transportation box — adding a refined touch and making transport more comfortable and secure (+200 CZK)
